This is 99% natural product. Post-washing your hands, wet your face with warm water, dispense STORY Face Cleanser approximately golf ball size foam to your palm, gently apply the foam onto your face, gently massage for 30-60 seconds (massage longer than 60 seconds if needed), rinse-off thoroughly with warm water. Repeat the Face Cleaning as needed.
Do not use STORY products with other brand products that may result in breakout: We have conducted many years of research and experiment to formulate the perfect formulae in which ingredients are synergistic, but not incompatible with one another.
Therefore, other brand products containing incompatible ingredients may result in a breakout. For example, hyaluronic acid is a good natural moisturizing ingredient, but when its anionic moieties interact with cationic antimicrobial ingredients in STORY products, it may result in inactivation of the antimicrobial activities and/or aggregation of ingredients.
