05 Moisturizer soothes skins and promotes the reduction of pore size, fine lines, scars, and blemishes with powerful natural ingredients and patented biomimetic self-cell-repairing technology. Natural, free radical scavengers in STORY Moisturizer prevent free radical damage to DNA, skin proteins, connective tissues, and cell membranes.
05 Moisturizer attracts water molecules and prevents water loss from the skin without using petroleum-based chemicals (petro-chemicals) such as dimethicone and PEG (polyethylene glycol) that are widely used in current moisturizers from leading brands. Dimethicone and PEG are non-biodegradable synthetic polymers likely to clog skin pores.
Konjac Glucomannan, extracted from the roots of the elephant yam, also known as konjac, is a powerful natural exfoliant, promotes hydration and elasticity, helps reduce scars, and balances skin pH.
Parsley contains natural vitamin C, which can help regulate oil production, and nourish skins to reduce pore size, fine lines, scars, and blemishes. Apigenin, found in parsley, was recently discovered to prevent tumors and cancers. Researchers believe that apigenin can be a future non-toxic cancer treatment.
Sage soothes and improves irritated skin. Sage's astringent properties improve acne, and relieve eczema and psoriasis.
Japanese Mugwort has long been used for soothing and healing tissues in oriental medicine with its inherent anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial properties.
