18 Sun care covers nearly the whole UV spectrum from the short UVB to the long UVA-I (380nm) wavelengths. Natural free radical scavengers in STORY Sun care prevent free radical damages to DNA, skin proteins, connective tissues, and cell membranes. STORY Sun care is specifically recommended for daily skin care for blemish-prone skin. STORY Sun care also attracts water molecules and prevents loss of water from skins without using any petroleum-based chemicals (petro-chemicals) such as dimethicone and PEG (polyethylene glycol) that are widely used in current moisturizers in the market. Dimethicone and PEG are non-biodegradable synthetic polymers that are likely to clog skin pores.
Z-COTE® Microfine Zinc Oxide and people with allergies. Z-Cote is a high-quality, microfine particle size that attenuates broad spectrum of UV radiation (UVR), including UVA I (340-400 nm); and recently achieves the new FDA criteria for broad-spectrum protection.
Gemini-Q-18 is FDA registered non-toxic and highly effective self-sanitizing molecule (100 million times higher surface antimicrobial efficacy compared to current products in the market). Gemini-Q-18 inactivates problem-causing bacteria, such as Cutibacterium acnes, and pathogens immediately on contact, while continuing to remain active on skin in-between cleanings.
Parsley contains natural vitamin C, which can help regulate oil production, and nourish skins to reduce pore size, fine lines, scars, and blemishes. Apigenin, found in parsley, was recently discovered to prevent tumors and cancers. Researchers believe that apigenin can be a future non-toxic cancer treatment.
Konjac Glucomannan, extracted from the roots of the elephant yam, also known as konjac, is a powerful natural exfoliant, promotes hydration and elasticity, helps reduce scars, and balances skin pH.
Vitamins C & E are strong radical scavengers that help protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals as antioxidants. Vitamin E is also excellent humectant and emollient.

Therefore, other brand products containing incompatible ingredients may result in a breakout. For example, hyaluronic acid is a good natural moisturizing ingredient, but when its anionic moieties interact with cationic antimicrobial ingredients in STORY products, it may result in inactivation of the antimicrobial activities and/or aggregation of ingredients.
